Janice Parsons is the founder of beadshop.com. Janice is starting a new chapter of her life, both as a grandmother and CEO of the company. In June of 2017, Janice will be moving to Virginia to be closer to her family, including her grandson, Elijah. Of course, she will be flying back regularly to our California office in Redwood City to take part in episodes with Kate for Facebook LIVE, but it feels like the right time to be closer to her daughter and family. Janice will continue to design and bead creatively.

Returning in August of 2016, Kate Richbourg has come back to us after a 10 year hiatus. From 1992-2002, Kate was our Class Director and design guru at The Bead Shop in Palo Alto. Now she is back again to work her magic! Kate left us to grow her talents in the jewelrymaking world and had a very successful bead store in San Francisco, Beadissimo. Kate still continues to teach at major bead shows throughout the US and lead our worldwide beading community via Facebook LIVE. Be sure to tune in on Wednesdays at 10:30am Pacific Time.
